Dynamics 365 integration with Adobe Sign and LinkedIn Sales Navigator enables Dynamics 365 users to view the agreement’s recipients LinkedIn profiles.
Enable Adobe Sign and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
From Adobe Sign app in Dynamics 365, and from the “Admin Setting, then from the configuration tab as shown in the snapshot below.
From the “Optional Features” section, check the Enable LinkedIn Sales Navigator feature.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Widget
After enabling LinkedIn Sales Navigator in Adobe settings, the LinkedIn Sales Navigator will show in the agreements. In the recipients’ tab, the agreement recipients list all the agreement recipients with their role in the agreement and their email address.
When selecting any of the recipients, the LinkedIn Sales Navigator widget will show the LinkedIn member profile as shown below.
A LinkedIn Sales Navigator account is required, and if the user is not signed in, the widget will require the user to log in to his Sales Navigator team or enterprise account.
Using the recipient’s information, such as the name and the email address, the recipient will be matched with a LinkedIn Profile.
Only one recipient will show the LinkedIn profile in the widget. To show another recipient LinkedIn member profile, we have to select in the list.
