Check Access button
Check Access button is added to ribbon on a table’s record when acceded from a form. the button checks the security roles of the current user on the same table record.
Why this is a great new feature?
Managing Security roles can get really complicated and hard to manage, with the new feature confirming security roles and troubleshooting are much easier, as consultants can check the given rights per user on each table without the need to ask the user to access and test.
From the users perspective, this feature is also useful. Users by checking the privilege on certain record, they can share the record with others who don’t if the business requires collective work.
