Now Marketing users can manage the Dynamics 365 Marketing App version directly from the newly introduced Settings page. 
Under the overview section > versions > Manage + Update Dynamics 365 Marketing version. For more information about Microsoft Dynamics 365 Settings.
With the rapid Microsoft updates to the marketing app that we are witnessing and the high value of those updates, users need to make sure that their environment is up to date.
Current version
The installed version can be viewed directly from the update section. At the time of writing this post, the current version is 1.35.10069.1065
Manage + Update Dynamics 365 Marketing version
To make changes or perform updates, users require to click Manage + update link. Also, users can configure portals and uninstall the marketing app.
