Marketing email Spam checker score
The spam checker returns a value between 0 to 100. The less score is the better. Users dont see the score value, however, they see the score colour. Dynamics 365 Marketing email Spam checker score colours are Green for low, Orange for medium and Red for high risk.
- Green is a score from 0 to 40 – this a low score which is better and indicates a low risk of deliverability. This means that this email is highly accepted by most of the mail servers.
- Orange is a score from 41 to 80 – this a medium score that is not as good and indicates a medium risk of deliverability. This means that this email might be accepted by some of the mail servers and rejected by others. Users are required to take action to lower the score.
- Orange is a score from 81 to 100- this a high score that is the worst at all and indicates a high risk of deliverability. This means that this email mostly will be rejected by most of the mail servers. Users are required to take action to lower the score.
Revising content to lower the spam checker score
Generally, the spam check high score is a result of low text content in addition to other conditions that can be modified to increase the email deliverability.

Fixing the marketing email spam checker
