Old Dynamics 365 Marketing email editor
Personally, I am familiar with the old design editor, and it had all the editing tools accessible. However, the designer canvas had few issues, such as the HTML editor showing the HTML code.
Managing the email companats was hard to manage from the property tab and some how was confusing.
New Dynamics 365 Marketing email editor
The new Dynamics 365 email canvas has a more modern look now, with most of the controls visible and accessible compared to the old editor.
The new design editor also provides more fonts and style options that help the email designer create advanced email looks to match the company’s brand look and feel.
More options to preview the email and easier to perform test sends directly from the email canvas.
Another great feature compared to the old designer is the ability to an error during the creation of the email without checking for errors, as it was in the retired designer editor.
