Enable and Setup LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Dynamics 365 is the first step for the sales team to access the insights from within Dynamics 365.
Install LinkedIn Sales Navigator Solution
LinkedIn and Microsoft have developed a Dynamics 365 solution that is available in Microsoft AppSource. To install the solution from Dynamics 365, From Advance Settings > Settings > Customization > Microsoft AppSource. In the pop-up, search for LinkedIn Sales Navigator and choose LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Dynamics 365.
Installing the solution will take time and to check the installation status go to the following link:
From environments > Choose the environment > Dynamics 365 Apps
Sales Navigator Integration Settings
To install the solution from Dynamics 365, From Advance Settings > Settings > Business Management > LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Enable the following options.
Enable Sales Navigator integration
This option will enable Sales Navigator in accounts, contacts, leads and opportunity.
Update Dynamics contacts with the latest photo published in LinkedIn. CRM Sync must be enabled.
Enable LinkedIn updates
Notify Dynamics 365 users when there contacts change their work. CRM Sync and Data Vadlidation must be enabled.
Connect CRM from LinkedIn Sales Navigator Admin
Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator admin account and from admin section. Click on Connect your CRM.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator supports integration with Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
After selecting Microsoft Dynamics, enter the Dynamics 365 subdomain.
