The new feature is handy, as it will take Dynamics 365 Marketing multiple steps ahead from generating leads to nurturing the existing leads and helping sales close opportunities.
Target leads and opportunities
Soon, Dynamics 365 Customer Journeys can target leads and opportunities with the upcoming release. Users will be able to include dynamic content from both leads and opportunities, creating a very personalized experience for the messages’ recipients.
